About the Role

A permanent opportunity has become available to join IAG’s Consumer Division in the Customer and Marketing team based in Sydney. In this role you are an essential part of the integrated marketing communications team, and have a hands on role in developing and executing advertising campaigns across the major ATL channels, primarily for NRMA Insurance and other partner brands as required.  Key to this role will be strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to think creatively around campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides specialist input in recommending and executing advertising campaigns for customer acquisition, retention and brand engagement
  • Develop project plans and deliver within agreed timelines and budgets
  • Manage execution and production of ATL material and act as internal production specialist
  • Maintain a strong and productive relationship with key people across the marketing team, including brand strategy and media and key stakeholders
  • Develops enabling processes to support campaign content 
  • Executes across all stages of the advertising execution process from briefing to PIR
  • Maintains efficient and effective marketing and agency processes to facilitate campaign delivery within scope, in budget and on time
  • Provides source material for research, participant in research, planning and analysis on competitors ATL campaigns
  • Instils a culture of continuous improvement both internally and externally
  • Effectively tracks and measure campaign performance ensuring adherence to campaign budgets

Skills and Experience we are looking for

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, PR or related discipline
  • Proven experience in delivering internal and external communications in a large complex organisation (essential)
  • Excellent writing skills, attention to detail and the ability to deliver and evaluate communication content for specific audiences and outcomes
  • Ability to communicate at business, corporate and industry levels
  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships to a high-level of customer satisfaction and in managing external partners
  • Demonstrated capability to manage and maintain relationship both internally and externally
  • Successfully develop and implement initiatives to improve internal and external communications 
  • Ability to take a strategic and creative approach towards communication projects
