Due to changes across our business we're currently recruiting for a number of Liability Claim Consultants to manage personal injury and property damage claims made against our insureds by Third-Party Claimants. This includes managing claims from lodgement through to completion, ensuring an optimum and efficient service to customers, maximising opportunities to ensure claims are managed to meet our customer and financial demands within expected delivery timeframes.
- Deliver exceptional service to customers
- Process claims in an efficient manner, adhering to financial/reserving principles
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Support the achievement of IAG's objective of being a leader in the intermediated insurance industry
Skills & Experience
- Experience in Personal Injury and/or Property claims
- Lawyers seeking in-house insurance claims experience
- Experience in Legal & Regulatory Environment
- Knowledge and extensive experience of Liability Claims
- Negotiation and Settlement of both litigated and non-litigated claims
- Policy Coverage evaluation/determination
- Ability to manage Service Providers
- Strong processing ability
- Genuine belief in a strong team culture and ability to work with a team of likeminded professionals
