My Profile and Job Alerts
You can register an account with us by clicking on the Register button at the top of IAG Careers home page screen.
By registering with us, you’ll be able to apply for vacancies without having to enter your details in each time. You’ll also be able to maintain and update your details whenever you want, and save previous searches so you can access them quickly.
To update your personal profile or resume, please follow these steps:
- Log in via the Login page.
- Enter your e-mail address and password, and click Login.
- Select the My Profile button.
- Select the Edit Profile button.
- Select one of the available options and enter your new details.
- Select Save Profile to save the information
- Click on the Login button
- Click on Forgotten your password?
- Type your e-mail address and select Send Password.
- An e-mail will be sent your e-mail address. Follow the contained link to reset your password.
If you can't find a job you are interested in at the moment or want to stay abreast of suitable opportunities as they arise, you can register for job alerts, you'll receive regular e-mails regarding jobs that match what you're looking for. This will ensure you maintain complete control over the job search process.
An overview of our Recruitment Process
Search & Apply overview
First you'll need to have a look at the available positions. Once you've found the job you like, make sure you read the full position profile and get all the important information. You can then click on the apply for this job button.
From there upload your CV and answer some questions as part of your application. We'll also ask you for your contact details, which we'll use to confirm we've received your application and keep you updated.
And if you can't see your dream job advertised when you're looking, you can register for Job Alerts. We can then send you email alerts when relevant roles become available.
Below are some of our frequently asked questions…please click on the question to retrieve the answer.Visit our Job Search page. Here you can search by keywords, title, position type, category, location, date advertised, or job reference. Alternatively, you can search All Jobs.
Once you've found the job you like, make sure you read the full position profile and get all the important information. You can then click on the ‘apply for this job’ button.
If you have previously applied for a position with us, you can pre-fill the application form utilising previous details. If you are a new user you will need to start a new application which will automatically create a profile for you, this will take less than 10 minutes to complete.
You are welcome to apply for more than one position. We advise that you check that you meet the eligibility criteria for each job you are applying for.
Keep your CV simple, concise, easy to read and focused on selling your skills. We'd prefer that your CV is no longer than five pages. And of course, make it professional and clearly written with no grammatical errors, spelling mistakes or typos.
If you feel that you would like to give some additional information to what is on your CV, you are welcome to submit a covering letter. Submitting a cover letter can be useful when articulating your motivations in applying, however, it’s not mandatory.
Depending on the position you are applying for, you may need to provide a copy of certification and/or university transcript. If this is the case, your Talent Acquisition Consultant will advise you of this during the process.
Within 24 hours of applying for a potion you will receive an automated system generated email confirming receipt of your application. Please check your junk mail if you cannot find it. You can also check and access all your applications via the ‘My Applications’ tab once you have logged into the careers page.
The Talent Acquisition team will carefully review your application and will be in contact with you in due course regarding your suitability for the position that you have applied for. Typically, this can take a few weeks.
We can't give you an exact timeframe, because every position is different. However, we'll try our best to keep you informed about your progress as much and as quickly as possible.
Your profile will show that you have withdrawn your application, however it will not affect any future applications that you submit to us.
Assessment & Selection overview
Once we've received your application we'll check to see if your skills and experience match the job's key criteria. We'll then let you know as soon as possible via email or phone whether your application has been successful.
Once you've advanced past the initial application stage, the process can differ from position to position. You may need to complete some online assessments, which may include psychometric assessments of your verbal, numerical and inductive reasoning skills, including a personality profile.
This might also involve a telephone interview, video interview, assessment centre and/or face to face interview. The number of interviews that you are invited to will depend on the role you are applying for. Please contact your Talent Acquisition Consultant for more details.

The number of interviews that you are invited to will depend on the role you are applying for. When confirming an interview, your Talent Acquisition Consultant should provide you with the information you require.
Your Talent Acquisition Consultant will give you some information on what to expect in your interview before you come in so that you have time to prepare. Most face to face interviews will typically be a behavioural based interview.

For a similar position within IAG we ask that consider and reflect on the feedback for a period of 6 months before you re-apply. Generally, you can apply immediately.
Beyond the Interview overview
If you have had a successful interview, we will conduct two professional employment referee checks. At this point we'll also conduct background and police checks.
After the checks have been completed and provided all has gone well, you will now receive a formal offer of employment. You can expect to have the employment contract within 5 business days.

We will now conduct two professional employment references via a third party company called X-Ref. Your referees should be individuals you have reported directly to in current / recent employment.
We will also conduct background and police checks through another third party company called Verify.
Once all the boxes are ticked we'll be ready to give you a formal job offer. At this point we will send you an email asking you to login to a special online portal that will hold your employment offer details and forms. All relevant terms and conditions and more information about the benefits you'll be entitled to are included in this portal.
Once you've filled in all of the blank forms and signed your employment contract, please send everything all back to your new manager prior to commencing work.
